What exactly is Secrets AI?
On Secrets AI, users can chat with AI companions who remember previous conversations and adjust their responses to match the user’s style. The platform also supports image and video generation, and includes a voice call option with the companions. Unlike standard chatbots, Secrets AI companions are designed to maintain continuity, offering more personalised and evolving interactions.
Secrets AI runs at secrets.ai and is not linked to secrets-ai.online. The service introduces “Shorts”—mini-drama video series featuring the AI companions. These are updated with new episodes each week, expanding the experience beyond chat. The interface is available in several languages, including English, German, Spanish, French, and Japanese. Users can start with a free plan limited to 20 messages daily or explore expanded options with Premium and Ultimate subscriptions.
Image and video generation
Secrets AI allows users to generate images and videos directly in chat or on a dedicated Generate page. You describe what you want using text prompts, and the AI produces the requested visuals. For images, you can also edit the results by sending new text instructions. Video generation starts from images you create or upload, with options for resolutions up to 4K. Costs are displayed before generating: standard images use 50 Moments, advanced 2K images 100, edits 50, and adult videos start from 600 Moments. Video prices vary by resolution and length. Moments are the app’s in-app currency (sometimes called tokens) and are deducted each time you generate or edit media. Safety checks automatically block and refund requests that break content guidelines. To buy or spend Moments, a paid plan is required; free accounts cannot purchase tokens. The pricing and process may change, so it’s best to review details in the official app before making decisions.

Payment methods
Wondering how you can pay for a Secrets AI subscription? Supported options include major credit and debit cards like Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Amex is not accepted. You can also use most virtual debit cards.
For those preferring crypto, over 300 cryptocurrencies are supported via NOWPayments, with a minimum payment of $20. If neither of these works, prepaid Premium or Ultimate keys for 3 or 12 months are available through G2A, though these do not auto-renew.
Transactions are discreet. Card payments appear as "S LABS INC" on your statement. This range of payment options offers flexibility and privacy for users.
How to cancel Secrets AI
You can cancel your Secrets AI subscription at any time. After cancelling, you keep access to paid features until your current billing period ends. Once it finishes, your account automatically shifts to the Free plan. Tokens and Moments already granted remain available for use until your access changes. No refunds are issued for the current billing period after cancellation, as confirmed by the official help centre. To manage your subscription, use the platform or app store where you first subscribed. Always check the latest instructions on the official Secrets AI website or store page.
Customer support on Secrets AI
Wondering how to get help if you run into issues with Secrets AI? There are several support channels. Users can contact support by email at [email protected], use the official help centre at wiki.secrets.ai, or join the Discord server, where support tickets are available—including for failed crypto payments.
Premium subscribers receive priority support, while Ultimate members get the highest priority. Support is available in the main site languages, but the full list may change. If you have a specific concern, it’s best to use the official channels rather than third-party sites.

Final verdict
Wondering if Secrets AI is worth a try? This platform suits adults who want to explore AI companions with customisable personalities and multimedia features. If you value ongoing, adaptive conversations and enjoy mini-drama content, it could be a good match. However, some users may find the 20-message daily limit on the free plan restrictive, and certain features are locked behind paid tiers. We suggest starting with the free plan to test how well the companions fit your interests before considering a subscription. As features and pricing may change, check the official site for the latest details before committing to a paid plan.
