Getting into your Secrets AI account

To sign in on your phone browser, head to the official site at secrets.ai. The login button is visible at the top of the home page.

1. Open secrets.ai in your browser.
2. Tap the login button at the top.
3. Choose to log in with your email and password, or use "Continue with Google".
4. Enter your credentials carefully.
5. Complete any required age confirmation.
6. Tap to confirm and access your account.

Logging in from your phone is straightforward, but always check you’re on the official site before entering details.

Which login method to choose

Secrets AI offers two sign-in methods, each with privacy considerations:
- Email and password: A direct method that keeps access in your control; choose a unique password for added security.
- Google sign-in: Quick and doesn’t require a separate password, but links your Secrets AI account to your Google profile.

If privacy is your top concern, using an email and strong, unique password can reduce the risk if your Google account is shared or compromised.

Password reset on Secrets AI

If you forget your password, use the "Forgot password" option on the login page.

1. Go to secrets.ai and tap the login button.
2. Click "Forgot password" below the login form.
3. Enter the same email address you used when signing up.
4. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset email.
5. Follow the link to create a new password.
6. Wait a few minutes if the email doesn’t arrive immediately.

After resetting, consider updating your password regularly to keep your account secure.

Mobile sign-in

Secrets AI does not have a native app but can be installed as a web app (PWA) from your browser.

1. Go to secrets.ai in Safari (iPhone/iPad) or Chrome (Android).
2. Log in as usual with your chosen method.
3. Install the web app: on Safari, tap "Share" and "Add to Home Screen"; on Chrome, tap the menu and "Install app".
4. Open the installed app from your home screen for a more app-like experience.
5. Staying logged in is convenient, but always log out if using a shared device.

Push notifications are available on iOS 16.4+ if you open the app from your home screen icon.

Protect your login

To reduce risk on shared or public devices:
- Use a strong, unique password for your Secrets AI account.
- Log out fully after your session, especially on devices others might use.
- Never share your account details with anyone.
- Check that your email account is secure, since password resets go there.

These habits help ensure your private chats and content stay safe.

Log out, cancel, delete — what's the difference

Here’s how each action affects your Secrets AI experience:

1. Log out: Ends your session but keeps all chats and your account active. Useful on shared devices.
2. Cancel subscription: Stops future billing but keeps your account and data; you keep paid features until the end of your billing period, then move to the Free plan.
3. Delete account: Permanently removes your account and chat history from Secrets AI. Do this from account settings on the official site.
4. If you have a subscription, cancel it first before deleting to avoid further charges.

Deleting your account erases your chats and personal data, so consider backing up anything important before proceeding.

What to do after you log in

Once logged in, you land on the home screen, where you can explore the catalogue of official companions and community-made characters. Each character shows their name, age, city, and activity stats. You can view your current plan (Free, Premium, Ultimate) and check your Moments balance if you’re on a paid plan. The chat interface allows text, voice, image, and even video generation.
