Renewal and cancellation
Paid Secrets AI subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time, and you’ll keep your paid features until the end of your billing period. To cancel:
- Log in to your account at secrets.ai.
- Go to your account settings or subscription page.
- Select the option to manage your subscription.
- Choose to cancel your current plan.
- Confirm your cancellation.
- Watch for a confirmation email.
After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan when your current period ends.
What's non-refundable
Secrets AI does not refund payments for the current billing period if you cancel early. Once billed, your subscription remains active until the period ends, but you will not receive money back for unused time. We recommend checking the official terms and contacting Secrets AI support if you have questions about specific refund scenarios.
Monthly or yearly?
Choosing between monthly and yearly depends on how long you plan to use Secrets AI. The yearly plan offers a lower monthly rate, but monthly lets you try the service without a big upfront commitment.
| Plan | Monthly Billed | Yearly Billed (per month) |
|---|---|---|
| Premium | $19.99 | $9.17 |
| Ultimate | $39.99 | $26.67 |
If you’re unsure, starting with a monthly plan is a practical way to test the full features before committing to a year.
Is Secrets AI worth the money?
The free plan is generous for casual users, offering 20 messages per day and access to basic chat features. Upgrading to Premium or Ultimate brings unlimited messaging, advanced chat modes, and perks like video generation, Time Travel, and more Moments for extra content. Ultimate adds group chat, Lorebooks, and longer messages. Paid plans may be worthwhile for frequent users or those seeking more creative control, but the free tier remains useful for those just exploring. For more details, see our full review.
